A different kind of yoga retreat

Yoga is more than a series of poses. Yoga is more than the breathing practice. Yoga can become a tool, a practice, or a knowing that is an anchor throughout life. What we practice on the mat is designed to help us off the mat.

During this 3-day and 2 night stay, guests will enjoy opportunities to be guided and space to exist. With only 10 guests and plenty of nature, we can each create an experience that is exactly what is needed.

Five Yoga Practices, One Full Weekend of Reset

Throughout the weekend, you’ll be guided through five thoughtfully sequenced yoga practices designed to support movement, rest, nervous system regulation, and connection. Each class will build on the rhythm of the retreat, beginning with a soft landing on Friday evening, deepening into energizing and grounding practices on Saturday, and closing with an all-levels flow on Sunday morning.

Friday Evening: Restful Flow

We’ll begin the retreat with a slow, breath-centered restful flow designed to help you arrive, settle in, and transition out of the busyness of the week. This practice will include gentle movement, longer holds, and grounding breathwork to help the body soften and the mind begin to quiet.

Saturday Early Morning: Vigorous Vinyasa

Saturday morning will begin with an energizing vinyasa practice to awaken the body and build heat. This class will be more active and dynamic, with intelligent sequencing, steady breath, and options to modify or deepen as needed. Expect a strong, intentional practice that supports vitality, focus, and embodied presence.

Saturday Mid-Day: Easy Flow

The mid-day practice will offer a softer, more accessible flow to help release tension and keep the body open without over-effort. This class will include gentle movement, mobility, breath awareness, and spacious transitions — a perfect reset between morning activity and afternoon rest.

Saturday Afternoon: Restorative Yoga & Guided Meditation

Saturday afternoon will shift into deep rest with restorative yoga and guided meditation. Using supportive postures, stillness, breath, and meditation, this practice is designed to calm the nervous system, invite release, and create space for reflection and renewal.

Sunday Early Morning: All-Levels Vinyasa

We’ll close the retreat with an all-levels vinyasa practice designed to integrate the weekend experience. This final class will include mindful movement, breath-based sequencing, grounding, and a steady return to center — leaving you refreshed, connected, and ready to carry the benefits of the retreat home with you.

All meals and snacks are included with your retreat registration and are designed to be simple, nourishing, and easy to enjoy in community.

During registration, you’ll have the opportunity to share any food allergies or dietary needs, and we’ll do our best to plan around reported allergies and offer options when possible.

Friday evening will include a light arrival meal, such as a fresh salad, fruit, and a simple dessert like chocolates. Saturday morning will begin with an easy breakfast spread including options such as muffins, bars, bagels, fruit, coffee, and tea. Saturday lunch will include cozy soups and sandwiches, followed by a relaxed Saturday evening dinner with pasta and pizza, including gluten-free, vegetarian, and/or vegan options as needed. Sunday morning will include a breakfast spread similar to Saturday before our final practice and departure.

Meals are meant to support the rhythm of the weekend: nourishing, approachable, and relaxed, with plenty of space to gather, connect, and feel cared for.

Additional Retreat Activities

In addition to yoga, meditation, and shared meals, the retreat weekend will include plenty of spacious time to rest, explore, and enjoy the property.
Guests will have access to the private heated pool and hot tub, creating a beautiful way to unwind between practices or relax in the evening. There is also a fire pit for gathering, conversation, and quiet time under the trees.

For those who want to explore beyond the retreat house, Broken Bow Lake and nearby hiking trails are close enough to enjoy during open retreat time. These activities are optional and require travel by car, so guests are welcome to coordinate individually or with others if they would like to venture out.

The property also offers many open spaces for rest and quiet reflection. Bring a book, a journal, or simply yourself — there will be time to curl up in a cozy corner, sit outside with coffee, take a walk, nap, or enjoy the kind of unstructured space that can be hard to find in everyday life.

This weekend is designed to offer both connection and spaciousness: time to practice, time to gather, and time to do absolutely nothing at all.
